Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Men’s Belts & Buckles that show signs of wear or have been adjusted. All belt returns must include the original packaging and show no signs of use.

How to Return Your Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange. You can use the template below:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different size or style? Follow the same return process and specify what you’d like instead. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping rates apply for the new item).

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and get you the correct item pronto!

International Returns

For our partners outside the U.S., please note:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
