We offer two trusted shipping methods:

1. Express Trail (Standard Shipping): $12.95, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx
2. The Longhorn Special (Free Shipping): Free on orders over $50, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS

All orders take 1-2 days to process before shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey across the plains (or oceans) to your location. If you have any questions about your tracking, just holler at us at [email protected].

If your gear doesn’t fit right or meet your expectations (though we’re mighty confident it will), you’ve got 15 days after delivery to send it back for an exchange or refund. We want you to be as happy with your purchase as a cowboy with a new pair of perfectly broken-in boots.

Just contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
